Property managers focus on tenants and rentals. House sitters stay in your home. We are an unbiased, professional third party providing scheduled visual inspections, detailed reporting, and vendor oversight — without occupying or altering your home.
How do you handle keys, codes, and access?

Access information is stored securely and only used during scheduled or emergency visits. We follow strict NHWA protocols for confidentiality, key handling, and alarm codes, and we recommend lockbox or smart-lock access whenever possible.
