FAQ

Questions about our services.

Can I customize which services are included in each visit?

+

Absolutely. Every property is different, so we build a custom checklist tailored to your home — covering only the interior systems, exterior areas, and concierge tasks you want monitored on each visit.

Do you offer one-time visits or only recurring service plans?

+

While most clients benefit from a recurring weekly or bi-weekly schedule, we also offer one-time pre-trip, post-trip, pre-storm, and pre-closing inspections for homeowners with shorter-term needs.

What kind of tools do you use during an inspection?

+

Beyond a careful visual review, we use professional tools such as moisture meters, infrared thermometers, and humidity sensors to validate what we see, smell, or hear — helping catch issues that aren’t always visible to the eye.

Do you handle landscaping, pool service, or pest control directly?

+

No. Those services require licensed and insured specialists. We act as your trusted advocate — scheduling, providing access, and verifying their work with photos and notes — but we do not perform the work ourselves.

Can you prepare my home before I arrive and close it up after I leave?

+

Yes. Welcome-home and departure preparation are popular concierge add-ons — adjusting thermostats, stocking essentials, confirming utilities, securing the home, and ensuring everything is ready for your arrival or properly buttoned up when you go.

Trust is our foundation. Let’s talk about your home.

Reach out by phone or email and we’ll connect with you to discuss your property’s unique needs and schedule an in-person walkthrough.
